¿De qué trata Engage Kiss?

Bayron City: una mega metrópolis flotante creada a partir del descubrimiento de nuevas fuentes de energía. Shuu, un joven que posee y opera un pequeño negocio en la zona, lleva una vida precaria debido a sus gastos imprudentes. Kisara, una chica que visita la oficina y la casa de Shuu porque está constantemente preocupada por él. Trabaja mientras asiste a la escuela secundaria en Bayron City, haciendo de todo, desde trabajo administrativo hasta tareas domésticas. Ayano, la exnovia de Shuu y colega senior en la corporación para la que había trabajado anteriormente, también está preocupada por él. Así comienza la comedia romántica bufonesca de tres personas en una relación un tanto inusual que se desarrolla en una isla artificial en el Océano Pacífico.
