Di cosa parla Skip Beat!?
Viene narrata la storia di Kyoko, una ragazza di 16 anni che vive unicamente per il suo amico d'infanzia Sho, tanto da seguirlo nel suo trasferimento a Tokyo per diventare un idol. Lei si ritrova così ad aver abbandonato la scuola ed a fare diversi lavori per mantenerlo. Un giorno però, recandosi agli studi televisivi, vede il ragazzo mentre parla con la sua manager, e gli sente affermare che Kyoko è una ragazza noiosa e che non è altro che una domestica per lui. Kyoko diventa furiosa, ma Sho la fa buttare fuori dagli studi televisivi ridendo di lei. La nostra eroina giura vendetta: decide quindi di entrare nel mondo dello show business per diventare più famosa di lui e umiliarlo.

Ren is flashbacking to his conversation with Bo. He's confused about his feelings with Kyoko. His shoot for Dark Moon is coming up and, as always, he's not eating properly. Kyoko is asked to go to his house and feed him and she does. While there, it's uncomfortablly silent so they turn on the TV. The show is about a couple with a 19-year difference and the man is her teacher. A similar situation which sets them both on edge. Later, he drives her home and when she says something, he hides his feelings and realizes it later. Kyoko wishes on her blue Corn stone and wishes for Ren's strength. The next day, they both go to the set and she talks about how far she's come.
